Factory Tour Experience at Mortels

Step inside our custom-built Australiana shearing shed–style premises and enjoy a fully guided tour of our factory from a raised viewing platform. Watch, listen, and take in the authentic sights, sounds, and smells of a fully operational UGG boot manufacturing plant in action.

During the tour, you'll witness the fascinating process of how Mortels UGG boots are made—from raw materials right through to the finished product. Tours are typically led by a Mortel family member or an experienced, hands-on team member, offering personal insights and expert knowledge.

Availability:
Tours are available by booking only. Factory tours operate weekdays only, excluding public holidays. Please note, our manufacturing team does not work on weekends, so there is no live production to observe during weekend visits.

Group Packages:

Weekend Visitors:
While factory tours are not available on weekends, our store, Café, and museum remain open until 2:00pm, offering a great outing for all ages. Don’t forget to snap a photo with the iconic Big UGG Boots during your visit.
